A home inspection is an important activity that is done by a home inspector that is done when you want to buy a new house. The sidings of the home are checked for durability, and the status of the wall also checked. Seen is also the type of material making the sidings. The inspector may also want to inspect the gutters for gaps and leakages. The fastening of the downspouts and the gutters are also checked.

 

The doors and windows are inspected together with the interior walls status. The basement and foundations are also checked for cracks. The material making the floor, the floor status is also part of the inspection. The ceiling, the kitchen, and bathrooms all are inspected for the standards required by the homeowner.
